Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner located at Barstow Community Hospital in the High Desert region of California. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care, assessing and treating patients in urgent care situations, and handling critical care cases.
Current Practice in Emergency Department
- Physician Coverage: 24 hours daily
- APP Coverage: 24-36 hours daily
- Annual ED volume of 27,000 visits
