Job Description:
Central State Hospital is seeking a full-time Scheduler for the Nursing Department.
Job duties of this position include:
Developing and maintaining monthly schedules for nursing staff on all nursing units in 24-hour facility.
Assisting in obtaining staff coverage when need is indicated via phone calls and emails.
Developing and/or maintaining various nursing staffing logs, and reports as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
Assisting in the orientation of new employees when authorized.
Assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance compliance standards.
Performing a variety of administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Three years of professional administrative experience preferred.
Must have computer competency.
Must have excellent communication skills.
