Job description
*Must be available to work weekends and holidays*
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, industrial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
