Hours: 7:00PM-1:30AM
*Must be available to work weekends and holidays*
Principle Responsibilities
- Training & developing staff.
- Coordinate work assignments.
- Inspect completed work.
- Assign cleaning assignments to team members.
- Assist with inventory control, supplies, & keys.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee cleanliness of public & common areas.
- Assisting in keeping team encouraged & motivated.
- Perform all other duties as requested by departmental & hotel leadership.
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
- Attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Strong supervisory skills, & ability to designate responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with varying personality types.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, & cleaning equipment.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to understand & carry out verbal & written instructions independently.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adjust schedule to business needs.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 60lbs of force on a frequent basis.
- Ability to perform such tasks as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying for long periods.
