Vice President and General Manager

With substantial investment in place, they are poised for significant growth—focusing on people, products, and operational efficiencies.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Vice President and General Manager will drive the sales strategy, oversee distribution and channel initiatives, and spearhead long-term business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for sales forecasting, pricing analysis, product portfolio effectiveness, and annual budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute initiatives to expand the company’s customer base.
- Establish pricing policies, including volume discounts, terms, and conditions for high-profile channel partners.
- Implement a Key Account Management (KAM) strategy for top distributors and reps, including setting quotas and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales organization through training, motivation, and clear performance objectives.
- Design and execute distributor sales programs that align with marketing plans.
Required Experience
- 10 years in the Residential HVAC industry.
- Proven experience as a General Manager and Sales Leader.
- Strong relationship builder with a strategic mindset.
- Deep expertise in distribution sales and channel management.
- Residential unitary knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- High-level financial and business acumen with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to translate market intelligence into an effective sales strategy.
