Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical and customer support.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
