- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing
**Requirements:**
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NC/Compact RN License
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in MedSurg/Tele
**Additional Information:**
- Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
