Requirements for the Registered Nurse – Discharge Planning Position :
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications :
BLS Certification
OK / Compact RN License
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Discharge Planning?
Minimum of1 year of previous experience in Medsurg and ICU?
