Responsibilities
- Direct Care & Advocacy: Support individuals in daily activities, community engagement, and independent skill-building.
- Staff Supervision & Leadership: Assist in training, supervising, and leading direct care staff to ensure high-quality support.
- Program Oversight: Help manage day-to-day operations, including safety, scheduling, compliance, and financial documentation.
- Care Plan Implementation: Oversee Individual Support Plans (ISP), behavioral support plans, and healthcare coordination.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; college experience preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a related field; prior supervisory or direct care experience preferred.
- Certifications: MAP certification preferred; First Aid & CPR required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and a commitment to community inclusion.
