Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Position Overview: As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you'll make a difference in the lives of children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will assess, design, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions to help prevent challenging behaviors and teach meaningful skills. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct and indirect interventions, offer staff training, and serve as a clinical consultant.

Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services to children in their natural environments.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans.
- Train and coach staff and caregivers to ensure successful plan implementation.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic care.
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, behavior analysis, social work, or a related field.
- Professional licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) preferred; dual licensure or experience in developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Experience in therapeutic services, behavior intervention, and staff training.
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and data collection skills.
- Physical requirements involve (but not limited to) the ability to live 25 lbs without assistance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach overhead, ability to potentially participate in physical restraint, etc.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
