Position: Front End Residential Lead
Rate: $22.50 per hour
Crotched Mountain School & Village, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Residential Lead to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students.

Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Role Overview: The residential lead will support, supervise, and assist residents with daily activities and programs.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents in daily routines, decision-making, and community activities while ensuring supervision and documentation.
Assist with behavior programs, meal preparation, and household chores, serving as a role model for residents and staff.
Attend meetings, training, and orientations.
Lead Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logs, behavior program compliance, and staff training.
Manage food requisitions, special diets, and activity planning.
Ensure cleanliness, resident dignity, and communication of medical concerns while assisting with paperwork and meetings.
Schedule:
Front end of the week, Sunday-Wednesday (Sunday 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday through Wednesday 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential care setting.
- Physical requirements may include (but are not limited to) bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting/standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet CCLU eligibility criteria which will be discussed during intro call.
