Part-Time Weekend Lifeguard – Crotched Mountain School Waterfront & Pool ComplexCrotched Mountain School, Greenfield, NH
Join the team at Crotched Mountain School and play a vital role in protecting lives at our James E. Chandler Pool Complex and waterfront! We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers while maintaining the highest standards of water safety and emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pool and waterfront activities, enforcing safety rules to prevent accidents and drownings.
- Monitor swimmers, administer lifesaving techniques, and provide first aid when necessary.
- Coordinate water therapy programs and recreational activities for individuals of all abilities.
- Maintain lifesaving equipment, uphold cleanliness standards, and assist in pool area maintenance.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to uphold the values and mission of Crotched Mountain School.
Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified American Red Cross Lifeguard with current First Aid and CPR-PR certifications.
- Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of lifesaving techniques.
- Ability to engage with swimmers courteously and enforce pool regulations effectively.
- Ability to perform aquatic lifesaving techniques for students up to age 22 with severe neuro-developmental disabilities.
