Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide medical support, assessments, and education for individuals in assigned programs
- Coordinate and monitor healthcare services and communicate medical needs
- Transport individuals to medical appointments and ensure follow-up care
- Train and support staff on medication policies and procedures
- Document nursing interventions and maintain accurate health records
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in MA (RN applicants also considered)
- 1 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, advocacy, and teamwork skills
