Responsibilities
As Program Director II, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of day program operations, including:
Designing and leading engaging, person-centered programming
Managing budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance
Supporting families and advocating for program participants
Cultivating a positive team culture and supervising program staff
Collaborating with government agencies, community partners, and internal teams
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
Experience: 3–5 years in a related human services field
License: Valid Class C or D driver’s license
A strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and skill development for people with disabilities
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
