Overview
The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a qualified Residential Counselor to provide direct care to youth in our 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. As a key member of our team, you will work as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, to create and maintain a therapeutic treatment milieu.
In this role, you will ensure the safety and supervision of youth, cultivate a therapeutic environment, and develop supportive professional relationships with youth. You will also participate in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, document client care as required, and uphold client confidentiality and maintain HIPAA requirements.
