Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and supervision of youth through active engagement and therapeutic interaction.
Cultivate a therapeutic treatment milieu by promoting social growth, emotional expression, positive behavior, and overall functioning.
Maintain appropriate boundaries while developing supportive professional relationships with youth, adhering to physical, emotional, logistical, informational, and staff-to-staff boundaries.
Participate in facility upkeep and cleanliness by modeling and assisting youth in completing chores, ensuring programmatic room checks, and supporting meal preparation (as needed).
Document client care as directed, including reviewing treatment plans, completing shift notes, incident reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
