Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional to provide day-to-day support services to our program participants. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Teach and assist with household maintenance, laundry, meal preparation, and budgeting.
- Transport individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings.
You will work closely with the program participant's support plan and be responsible for accurate documentation. Our comprehensive training program includes CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration.
