* Driving quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes
* Collaborating with families, state agencies, and community partners to ensure regulatory compliance and program development
Requirements
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with 5–10 years of management experience in special education, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
