Nursing Assistant Caregiver

Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your expertise will be valued as you work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
• Perform various tasks related to care delivery, including preparing rooms, transporting residents, and maintaining equipment.
• Document resident information, including medical history, allergies, and medication lists.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
