We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Gardens, FL. In this role, you will support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and manage general inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Organize and file documents, manage correspondence, and prepare office materials.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure all team members have the necessary resources.
- Provide support to various departments as needed and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Interact professionally with clients and vendors, offering exceptional service at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are a plus.
