Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves both inside and outside sales, requiring a deep understanding of the market and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. The Sales Representative will utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and identify opportunities for upselling.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales in both B2B and inside sales environments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer value.
Skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, particularly in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales management, including Salesforce.
- Excellent account management skills with the ability to nurture client relationships effectively.
- Proven experience in inside sales as well as outside sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
