Shift: 5x8s - 40hrs - Days

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatrics Ambulatory team in Webster, NY. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring the comfort and well-being of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners in providing direct patient care to pediatric patients.
• Perform routine nursing tasks, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on pediatric health, wellness, and treatment plans.
• Manage patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment within the clinic.

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
• Prior experience in pediatric or ambulatory care settings is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is an asset.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
