Location: Concord, NH

Blended Rate: $1600/wk

Shift: 5x8s - 40hrs - Evenings

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Concord, NH. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed pharmacists in accurately and efficiently dispensing medications to patients.
• Prepare prescription orders by retrieving, counting, and pouring medications.
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for all prescription drugs.
• Prepare sterile compounds, including chemotherapy medications and other intravenous medications, following established protocols.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering medications, and returning expired or unused medications.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription information in the pharmacy computer system.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Answer phone calls and assist with any inquiries or medication-related questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all pharmacy guidelines, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician program is preferred but not required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oklahoma is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems and computer literacy.
• Prior experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
