Responsibilities
- Team leadership: directing and leading the operation team of one of our Education brands, providing guidance, setting clear goals, ensuring a collaborative and high-achieving culture for the team members
- Strategic planning and thinking: Creating, developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals, sales goals and objectives
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to operations
- Supply Chain : analyzing supply chain processes, overseeing logistics and clinics planning, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Facility Maintenance & Security : Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance such as repairs, renovations, cleanliness, and upgrades, as well as security system to ensure the smooth functioning and safety of facilities.
- Telemarketing Operations: oversee the whole telemarketing process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Min. 2 years in Head level, or >5 years in Operation field
- Extensive knowledge in supply chain and logistics
- Fluency in English
- Have structured thinking
