We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. This role requires managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate all production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality.
• Quality Control: Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor raw material usage, coordinate with procurement teams, and minimize production downtime.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within manufacturing, preferably in coatings, automotive, or industrial applications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial coatings, painting processes, or related manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and management.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
