We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to represent the community and our company in a professional manner. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws. This role involves leadership, financial management, leasing oversight, resident relations, and property maintenance coordination.

Your Role in Making a Difference:
- Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market trends.
- Lease apartments and complete follow up
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing plan
- Effectively maintain product knowledge of community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Ensure leasing staff develop similar knowledge
- Responsible for regular owner reporting
- Responsible for marketing property, resident screening, compiling lease documents, collecting rents and deposits, and supervising eviction in accordance with State and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and review on a timely basis i.e., rent roll, delinquency report, move-in/move-outs, lease files, insurance certificates, invoices/vendor contracts
- Resolve resident complaints and conflicts
- Manage the outreach marketing for the property
- Ensure strong resident retention and service request follow-up
- Manages maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Supervises and trains property staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support for team development.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 3-5 years previous apartment experience managing luxury communities with proven record of upward mobility and leasing skills.
- Professional, polished image.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, employees, and owners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong math skills.
- High energy/fast paced and able to deliver quality service.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Proficient and accurate computer skills: Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work weekends.
- Knowledge of Real Page software system
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,455.00 - $52,800.00 per year
