Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive combat skills training programs for military personnel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during training exercises.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement training curricula.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of instructional hours and comply with accreditation policies.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in any field of study, or within 12 months of completion, with the ability to apply for an academic extension to complete the degree while holding instructor status.
- Prior military deployed experience in uncertain or hostile environments or relevant experience in skills required to operate and survive in multiple environments.
- Physical and mental capacity to instruct, qualify on, and maintain currency in Air Force small arms qualification courses.
- Valid state driver's license and the capability to operate a variety of government-furnished vehicles.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of field instruction, including lifting up to 50lbs unassisted and maneuvering in various terrain and weather conditions.
