Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Combat Skills Instructor to join our team at the Seventh Dimension. As a member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive combat skills training to military personnel and ensuring their readiness for deployment in uncertain or hostile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of military personnel.
- Collaborate with other instructors to design and implement training curricula.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of instructional hours and comply with accreditation policies.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in any field of study, or within 12 months of completion, with the ability to apply for an academic extension to complete the degree while holding instructor status.
- Prior military deployed experience in uncertain or hostile environments or relevant experience in skills required to operate and survive in multiple environments.
- Physical and mental capacity to instruct, qualify on, and maintain currency in Air Force small arms qualification courses.
- Valid state driver's license and the capability to operate a variety of government-furnished vehicles.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of field instruction, including lifting up to 50lbs unassisted and maneuvering in various terrain and weather conditions.
Work Environment: This position requires physical capability to instruct and support students in field conditions that may include small arms fire, smoke, uneven terrain, and carrying training aids or equipment.
