Job Description
The Dispatcher will schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for conveyance of materials, freight, or employees, or for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered within the company. Coordinates and directs the movements of vehicles, equipment and workers to minimize interference with scheduled operations efficiently. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress
Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
- Dispatch Crews – Coordinate travel to and from location. Manage who rides in what van, etc.
- Maintain employee contact information
- Communication liaison between Field Supervisor and Labor force.
- Manage trips
- Schedule/Coordinate Acid Deliveries (drivers)
- Coordinate fuel cards with drivers.
- Coordinate equipment availability/what’s on location
- Knowledge of what personnel has CDL licenses, etc.
- Assist in orientation for new hires.
- Assist in finding accommodations for crew as necessary (work with Travel Coordinator)
- Attain Road Permits and Road Bonds via Transportation coordinator (communicate with drivers)
- Be central point of collection for logs/expense sheets. Check logs for accuracy.
- Work with Site Supervisors (and HR) on scheduling employees, vacations and putting them on a schedule.
- Communicator and/or scheduler for drilling and frac personnel.
- Receive and direct orders from Supervisors and correctly deliver to crew.
- Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications.
- To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports.
- Promote safety awareness, follow policies & procedures on quality, health, safety & environment. Will also maintain required Quality & HSE certifications up to date. You have a high attention to detail, are extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task all the while working safely: Proper PPE

- Ability to communicate and comprehend the efforts of others; must give instructions clearly so that they are understood by the drivers/employees

- Knowledge in operating various commonly used office equipment’s and electronic media.
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- They must be able to work under pressure
- The ability to use the internet and to do research work.
- Strong computer skills, MS office and MS excel.
