The One Stream Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administration, maintenance and continued optimization and ongoing development of our OneStream application. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.

Detailed Description
- Monitor the consolidation processes, including adding new metadata, loading operational data for management reporting, and opening/closing of periods.
- Administration of the Account Recon tool, including setting up new accounts, and updating security and account groups as needed.
- Manage system security, user access, and roles, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with audit control requests.
- Provide support to end users, assisting with training and helping to resolve questions and troubleshoot problems.
- Update existing Cube Views and Dashboards to support changing reporting needs.
- Build new Cube Views and Dashboards.
- Assist with ongoing system enhancements, design and work with One Stream to become the One Stream Subject Matter expert for future upgrades and company needs. .
- Reporting and special projects as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Team player with ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent computer skills to include various accounting business systems, external customer applications, and advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate systems and able to meet stringent deadlines.
- Intricate attention to detail and accuracy, dependable, efficient, organized requiring little supervision are imperative.
- Ability to maintain Company confidentiality at all times, handle sensitive information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner. Maintain an extreme level of trust and confidentiality.
- Ability to analyze data to understand trends and impacts.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and provide information to all levels outside and within the organization, including executive management.
- Strong time management skills required; ability to prioritize, reprioritize, multitask and be flexible.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology or related field of study.
- 2 years’ experience with OneStream or other financial system maintenance
- 2 years vb.net programming
- Oil & Gas Industry experience.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP
