The typical work environment will be in the shop or field which will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles.

Detailed Description
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; verify accuracy against packing slips and enter data into the ERP system.
- Issue and distribute products and supplies according to work orders and production schedules.
- Perform material staging activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories.
- Band, wrap, and prepare pallets and materials for storage or shipment.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments to ensure materials meet inspection standards prior to storage.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling, documentation, and transport coordination.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively; maintain certification.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through timely updates in the ERP system.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the warehouse and production teams.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Competence in using computers and entering data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification test and work in a shop environment with elevated noise levels.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a state-issued driver’s license and be eligible to drive a Company vehicle, including ability to meet requirements of Company's Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or material handling role
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Forklift certification and/or experience operating material handling equipment.
