Detailed Description
- Develop product business cases in collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Define product requirements through partnerships with customers, operations, and engineering teams.
- Support product development and testing initiatives.
- Plan and execute field tests, introductions, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and monitor planning and operations procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering on all aspects of product development.
- Provide support for field operations during pilot tests and field test phases prior to commercialization.
- Create use cases and case studies to support the technical sales organization.
- Operational experience in completions, including both frac and wireline.
- Strong understanding of completions technologies.
- Ability to analyze operational data effectively.
- Demonstrated fact-based decision-making skills and sound judgment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in English to issue, receive, and respond to safety and operations-related directions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- 3-5 years of relevant oilfield experience.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Individual should be familiar with internals and workings of a frac pump power end.
- Experience in manufacturing and repair shop processes, procedures, implementation, and quality control.
