What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Property Manager - Multifamily position at SEVERAL LOCATIONS?
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the following activities on an ongoing basis:
- Determine property maintenance requirements, review contractor bids and negotiate maintenance contracts across all properties within the portfolio
- Coach, counsel and discipline employees and monitor and appraise job results by directing staff job results
- Oversee portfolio’s operational and financial performance to ensure achievement of established objectives
- Process new tenant applications and screening potential tenants to determine eligibility. Interviewing tenants, as necessary
- Set rental rates based on current market conditions and enforcing lease agreements
- Address tenant complaints and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Collect rent, follow up with tenants who are past due, and process evictions
- Daily walk through of property to identify any community issues and ensure a safe community for residents
- Process monthly evictions and follow processes to ensure eviction is finalized in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain monthly financial summary for the property (rent roll, expenses, profit/loss statement)
Regional Property Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of multi-family property management experience, Class B/C experience preferred but not required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage people, systems, processes
- Ability to work in collaborative environment
- Professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Appfolio
- Education, Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate and sales
- 5-7 years of property management experience
- Experience dealing with LITCH, Hope Atlanta, and other low income housing organizations a plus

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
