Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to effectively negotiate and upsell products to meet customer needs.
Duties
- Generate your own leads.
- preform Roof inspections.
- Go to adjuster meetings.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Market products effectively within assigned territories to maximize reach and impact.
- Engage in retail sales activities as needed, promoting products directly to consumers.
- Utilize territory sales strategies to identify opportunities for growth within specific regions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with product demos and technical sales is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Experience in upselling techniques and territory management is advantageous.
- A background in retail sales can be beneficial for understanding customer needs.
