A construction Manager Assistant in home building is responsible for handling various tasks given by the lead CM. These tasks may include performing minor repairs, and assisting with general site maintenance to ensure the project stays on track and meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks as needed to support the lead field supervisor, including minor repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with lead field supervisor about the status of tasks and any issues that need attention.
Requirements:
Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Ability to handle a wide range of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Good communication, teamwork skills, and attitude.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various tasks on the construction site.
Must have a car and a valid driver's license
