Administrative Coordinator
Put your administrative background in social services to good use while making a difference in the lives of others. As Administrative Coordinator, you will support our mission of delivering high-quality services to the individuals we serve.
- Support Regional Offices in maintaining and implementing consistent policies and procedures for the Client Records Management System, in compliance with grant and/or contract guidelines and regulations
- Oversee grant and contract management
- Assist in collection and review of monthly financial data, Qualitative Record Reviews, and Random Sampling Audits; submit final reports to state leadership
- Maintain files on fiscal, demographic, and program data for grants, contracts, or additional funding sources
- Prepare project planning materials; record meeting proceedings; maintain tracking documents; participate in special projects
- Take on region-specific responsibilities such as help with Accounts Receivable, marketing, team development, grant writing, hiring, and training front-line/administrative staff
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in social services, with at least one at an administrative level
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
