- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and coaching to behavior technicians to ensure fidelity and excellence in care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and team members to promote generalization and long-term success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
- Active BCBA Certification (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of South Carolina (Required)
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A compassionate, reliable approach and a passion for service
- Prior experience working in applied settings or with special populations preferred
