About the Role:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in residential settings, including personal care, socialization, and skill development.
- Assist with day-to-day activities, such as meal preparation, transportation, and community integration.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and administer medications as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and documents progress and activity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of experience in human services preferred.
- Valid driver's license in good standing (for those providing transportation).
- All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.
