Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a caregiver. In this role, you will develop real relationships with the individuals you serve, experience ownership and trust from your leaders, and take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
- Assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
