• Leading and supervising staff in the residence and community, providing direct services to individuals we serve.
• Attending training sessions to ensure individuals achieve their objectives and company goals.
• Participating in community activities, orienting new employees, and serving as a role model for accurate and timely documentation.
• Assisting with staffing needs, recruitment, and reviewing individuals' progress to implement shift objectives.
• Delivering services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan (IP) and/or treatment team.

To be successful in this role, you will need Two years' experience in providing direct services in the human services field, Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and Current CPR/First Aid Certification.

Salary : $23
