Sevita seeks a qualified Community Services Supervisor to oversee the operations of community-based programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves managing program staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
As a Community Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing program planning, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to individuals served. You will also be responsible for making recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and two to three years of experience in human services preferred.
