Your Role:
- Supporting participants with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Assisting with behavioral support and crisis intervention
- Promoting participation in community activities and social events
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans
What It Takes:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
