Job Description:
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVER
- Hours: Full-time Day/Overnight schedules, Includes weekend hours
- Site location: Washington County, Pennsylvania
- Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
- On Demand Pay Ability
Various Sites throughout Washington, Crawford, Fayette County, and West Moreland County PA. Some sites require prior IDD behavioral experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills: Communication, Multi-tasking, Active Listening
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Standard Driver's license with 1 years driving experience.
