As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will join a mission-driven team creating meaningful relationships that motivate us every day. You will assist people with their personal hygiene, support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Support individuals with their daily routines and activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Assist individuals with communication, behavior management, and social skills development.
- Help individuals participate in community activities, such as shopping, going out, or volunteering.
