Job Responsibilities
- Promote growth, learning, and well-being among participants
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and help them achieve their goals
- Assist with personal hygiene, daily living tasks, and support individuals with complex needs

Requirements
- Educational Background: No high school diploma required
- Experience: No experience necessary

- Vehicle Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance for day and evening shifts
