Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes or community settings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to provide physical assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility

• Provide physical support and assistance as needed, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times

• Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and outings, promoting socialization and independence

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and understanding
