Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments for speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Provide direct speech therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
- State licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
- At least one year of experience as a Speech Therapist (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to quality care.
