This position involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and will be able to provide support with daily activities, facilitate community involvement, and assist with professional or program activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least one year of related work experience, be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and be willing to undergo required licensure or certification where necessary. Additional qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality services that promote growth and independence.
