Responsibilities
As a DSP, you will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Supporting participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Developing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required for some programs
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
- A valid driver's license is required for all programs and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance is required for some programs.
