About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
You will also have the opportunity to assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. We encourage our staff to take initiative and help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
